Jewson’s brand new e-commerce site
Tradespeople across the UK can now buy online from Jewson’s brand new e-commerce site, launched and developed by KPS. Customers can now order online with the ability to click & deliver or click & collect from their local branch. Great for the customer, it was a tricky challenge for the KPS/Jewson team, as stock availability depends on the availability at the local branch the customer wants to collect from – but we did it! Transacting on one national website with a localised e-commerce set up for over 3,000 products across 500 branches in the UK, from the Scottish Isles to Penzance, Jewson is a key Saint-Gobain brand. The launch of the new site has brought Jewson some fantastic results already, with a customer account activation rate of 80%, site visits increasing by 57% and page views by 93%. Long may it continue.
